Oh my! I haven't updated this for months!

I won't be posting much in here now. All my recent entries will be at my Live Journal

Oh and I'm working on a Barty Jr fic for the 7spells challenge, titled 'Sing Blue Silver' at LiveJournal and I find it a bit hard to get into the mindset I was in when I started it. Oh well, it's coming slowly so I shouldn't complain...

Prince - Jam Of The Year

On Monday, I bought a new computer game, 'Max Payne 2: The Fall Of Max Payne' and I've completed the main game already. It's a sort of shoot-em-up game but it also has a plot to it. It's a Film-Noir-Love Story and I play the part of Max Payne. The last chapter of the game is a real bitch to play because the head baddie is throwing dynamite at you while you have to shoot a platform that he's on. I finally managed to figure out what I had to do. Now I have to do the other levels as well.

Yesterday I had to go to Brockenhurst College again, just to see what my course would be like. I ended up helping in the pastry kitchen. All I had to do was juice a few lemons, use a blowtorch to glaze the top of a lemon tart, dip some chocolates and decorate a few plates. I really enjoyed it. The head chef/tutor made me taste everything that the chefs were making... That was chocolates, a slice of lemon tart, some kind of wafer, and some strawberry mousse and at the end I was ready to swear off sweet stuff for about a year... The chef I ended up helping most was Jamie, he's tall, dark haired, wears glasses and is pretty cute. The head chef wants me to go there in September and he told me if I don't get a acceptance letter by May, I have to call him!! There is a taster thingy on the 7th May at Brock college, that I have to go to!! It's nice to be wanted...

When I went into the refrectory for lunch, on the table near me there were these four guys, two of them had dark hair, one was light haired and the other one was quite plump, and my first thought when I saw them was, 'Oooh, Brockenhurst's own Marauders...'. The refrectory has changed so much since I went there before...

I ran into my old Astronomy Professor, he hasn't changed much... He's still as cute as ever *snicker*

In fic news: I'm finally getting inspired to write the next chapter of DP: ROTC. BUT I'm also getting inspired to write a Max Payne fic (I guess it came to me while I was playing the game...) I'm also working on Chapter 3 of Love Machine and I have another fic in the works, titled 'Beauty and The Beat' and also the missing scene in which James wears leather... *snicker* I want to finish them before September!!

And that's my week... Exciting, isn't it?

I was walking down the streets of Southampton, wearing bright red pyjamas and my fluffy lilac slippers. I was passing Burger King and I looked in.

Dom and two other guys were in there eating onion rings and chips. I went in and ordered some onion rings and then I stole some of Dom's chips. BTW he was wearing a giant hot dog suit so I coated him in ketchup and then took a bite out of his suit... Then it got a bit smutty... Ahem! I think you can guess what happened... I woke up thinking 'huh?' I blame Pami with all her Dom pics!!

LIBERTY X - "Just A Little"

I know I haven't been around much lately but it's been so hectic over here.

Yesterday I had an interview at Brockenhurst College. I have decided I wanted to go back to college to study catering, food management and hospitality. Even though I don't quite have the grades, my experience in that field, I had worked in catering for five years before I had to give it up for Matthew, means that I have two choices of courses that I can do. It was a bit of an ego boost. I was so nervous yesterday but, the guy who interviewed me put me at ease and the way he was talking sounded like I already have a place at Brock but I have to choose which course I want to do. I have to go back to Brockenhurst on the 20th of April for an overview of both courses, to see what they would be like, then I could make a choice. Mum offered to look after Matthew, so that's one worry out of the way.

EDITED TO ADD: I just tried to write at least the first chapter of the Draco/Harry fic that I promised Kim but my comuter froze and I lost the whole story!! Grr!

Now I'm in the mood to write some smut!!! Hmm I guess I better explain what happened between Jade and James when they disappeared for 10 days... Or I could be evil and not... *snicker* What do you think, people?

I also posted this on my LJ.

Well as you may or may not know, I'm a partial mod of the Restricted Section on the Magical Menagerie (MM for short) and I get to do all the archiving of the completed 'adult fics'. The last fic I archived was the monster of a fic, titled "James Potter and The Slut Of Azkaban" (JPatSoA for short!!) I call it a monster of a fic because it was 31 chapters long (I can get away with insulting that fic because it was one I wrote...). My fingers were tired after typing that up!! Although, my new fic is finger tiring because I've only written two chapters of it but it is already 18 pages long!! It started life as a Harry Potter/Divorcing Jack crossover but it has expanded into a Harry Potter/Divorcing Jack/Midsomer Murders crossover. The one I'm writing now, has Dan Starkey (from Divorcing Jack), Dan Scott, Cully Barnaby, Tom Barnaby (all three of them are from Midsomer Murders, and of course all the HP characters!! Along with a couple of Original characters... The fic is titled Divorcing Potter: The Return of the Cynic (DP:RotC for short) *grins evilly* I know exactly who is going to end up with who but it's going to take a long time before any 'I do's are said... Or then again maybe not!! *evil laugh* I totally had to delete chapter 3 and start over again because this chapter gave away too much. Poor Harry, he's in for a huge shock!! *snicker*. I think I will have a newspaper article in the next chapter, it will be a reference to 'Cruel Intentions' but there's a twist to it!!

Damn I really did get sidetracked then...

As the MM have now opened a Livejournal Community at magical_m, I get to advertise the fic of the week from the Restricted Section. The first fic I have chosen for this week is "Nothing"   which was written by the very talented 'Riyo'. Here you go, Riyo, here's a cookie for you!! I was going to plug one of my fics (only because I have a huge ego (sometimes) but I decided against it... Maybe next week, I'll plug Snape's Brothers or the afformentioned JPatSoA on the community.
